Backroad Fit started in the garage with a set of dumbbells, a barbell and nothing more than a vision of wanting to create something local to serve the community.
What began as a simple setup is quickly becoming a space where people come to train, challenge themselves, and build strength in a supportive environment.
At Backroad Fit, the focus is on real training, hard work, and helping everyday people become stronger, fitter, and more confident.
That 1 hour of training can change the other 23 hours of your day. It builds discipline, resilience, and confidence that carries far beyond the gym.

Group Fitness Classes
Our high-energy small group classes are designed to challenge you, keep you motivated, and help you build your fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Think EMOMs, AMRAPs, IGYG style training but at your own pace. You’ll train alongside people who encourage you, celebrate your wins, and help you push just a little harder each session. These classes run for 45 minutes and will leave you feeling accomplished.. and sweaty!
Personal Training
Train one-on-one or with a friend. These sessions are designed just for you. Whether you’re completely new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, I’ll help you stay motivated, understand your program, and make real progress — all while having fun along the way.
Personal Training sessions are 45 or 60 minutes.
